HEAD COACH: JORGE MIRANDA.
Coach Miranda is the second head coach in the history of Coral Glades HS. He was named head coach in May of 2008 after serving as an assistant head coach the previous year.
He served as a head coach at Hollywood Hills, Miami Christian and Plantation HS before joining the Coral Glades baseball program. His 2006 Miami Christian team earned a regional berth and was ranked as high as 7th in the FSWA poll.
Before moving to Florida in 2001, Coach Miranda served as an assistant coach at Clark University in Worcester, MA where he was in charge of the infielders and hitting.
As a player Coach Miranda played Division I college baseball at Southwest Texas State (now Texas State) and at Florida Community College at Jacksonville where the team was ranked as high as 5th nationally.
At FCCJ Coach Miranda played under current University of Florida head coach Kevin O'Sullivan.
